Terms and Conditions

Arrivals/Departures

In – between 4 pm and 10 pm

Out – between 6 am and 11 am

Outside these times may be possible by separate agreement.

Tariff

Double:                 £120 per night

Single:                   £110 per night

Rates includes continental breakfast provided in room. Breakfast is available between 0630 and 1000.

Please tell us if you have any special dietary requirements or food allergies.

Payment

Full payment at time of booking with refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before booking. Within 24 hrs of arrival cancellation refund is at the owner’s discretion. Credit and debit cards may be used through the on line booking system. Payment by cheque or BACS available with direct phone/email booking.

General Information

The Barn is part of our home so we are on site daily to assist guests and service the accommodation.

Free off road parking.

There is a strict no smoking policy inside the accommodation.

Free wifi available, but download speeds are poor at peak times.

We regret that neither children nor pets can be accepted.

Amberwell has a large garden to which guests have access and an outside seating area where breakfast can be served weather permitting.

Luggage can be left at the owners risk but The Barn at Amberwell can take no responsibility for loss or damage.
